On Friday I auditioned for our school play, Beauty and the Beast Jr. I really hope I get in. Beauty and the Beast is one of my favorite Disney shows. I love the story, the characters, and the music. It would be amazing to participate in the show. I'd like to play Belle, but so does every other girl who goes to the school. I don't think I will get her, but that's okay. I just hope I get to be in the show. I'm really missed Wizard of Oz and to be acting again would be terrific.
The auditions were really fun. There were dance auditions and singing auditions. I liked the dance auditions better, just because there were so many people there. When I dance, I feel free and happy. I think I did a pretty good job with my dance audition.
The singing auditions were harder. There were only about five people in the room and it was really quiet. I sang Part of That World from The Little Mermaid. I did have fun singing it and I think that it went pretty well. It was just nerve racking.
So, I hope I get in! It would be tons of fun if I did! Crossing my fingers!
